I suspect congestive heart failure compounded by poor renal function thus the edema, cough and total lack of stamina. She can not walk more than a couple of blocks. I also wonder how much alcohol she has drank over her lifetime. She might also have hepatic failure. I do not know for sure what is wrong with her, but I do know she is very ill.

Yes she is, and you’d think at least one person in her inner circle would care enough about her to at least attempt an intervention before she kills herself.
Like many among the rich, powerful, and famous, she’s likely surrounded by sycophantic enablers, who will say and do anything to stay in her good graces.
When someone like her finally drops dead, the sycophant enablers write tell-all books to cash in.
