Who is Trey Gowdy trying to convince. There’s plenty here for an indictment already.
I can almost hear Trey Gowdy asking Mrs. Clinton, under oath, “So when you assumed a [C] meant a logical, sequential, set of paragraphs in a well organized, prepared email from your staff, did it ever dawn on you that there were never any [A] paragraphs, or [B] paragraphs ahead of the section marked [C], then then also not notice that there were no sections marked [D] following the sections marked with a [C]?”
Gowdy can indict .. only the FBI can - after getting the referral from Congress .. FBI won’t, because the DOJ told him they wouldn’t do anything about it .. so don’t bother.
