Media doesnt quite know what to do with the prayer shawl and standing ovation the GOP nominee received following his speech to an historically black church in Detroit. Donald Trump spoke at the Great Faith Ministries Church in Detroit on Saturday.
The church was super happy to have him here
Everybody did really enjoy his speech.
Donald Trump ended with a bible verse:
Id like to conclude with a passage from First John, Chapter 4: You know it! You see most groups I speak to dont know that. But we know. If you want we can say it together. No one has ever seen God but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.
Some people did notice something weird, many networks cut their live feed when Trump was receiving the final blessing from the black Bishop.
Washington Examiner reports some highlights:
Donald Trump got a standing ovation at the prediminantly black Great Faith International Ministries in Detroit, Mich., Saturday with an address that included him claiming he understood the concerns of minority communities.

About that interruption...
According to this link Reuters was the only one doing the filming and they wanted it cut.
There is a you tube version at the link below with the same error at the end

The MSM is the Country’s greatest threat.
So unless someone with a camera has it, we will be unable to see or hear it? HMMMM makes you wonder why they cut it
Thank you for the post. Earlier I heard ( in the background ) the cameraman that did not want to cut the feed.
Shame on Reuters.
“Throw him to the wolves
And he comes back as the leader of the pack”
Oooh, I like that. Good one.
Seems someone could make a lot of Money if they have a copy, from those who do not want it seen especially.
Yet another reason for my often posted remark @ #81.
They must know there’s a monster vote coming and Trump will win.
None that I have found. 7-8 sources
Found this that explains a bit of the ceremony at the bottom of page under JESUS

Thank you so much.
Today I heard someone say Trump was dumb. They don’t recognize who Trump is and what he is doing... Trump is a whole different man than has ever been in the White House.. and it’s the most refreshing time for the United States... finally there will be law and order .. finally there will be someone who cares about the office and the people.
Trump is on the go every day, active, involved, and draws the media to him whether they like it or not. It’s a party wherever Trump is... and it would be easy to believe God is involved in this miracle... the “draw” Trump has... the fact he GETS THINGS DONE! which I thoroughly approve of. We are watching a “happening” every day.. and it’s the most exciting and promising “happening”.
Bump
Thank you that was interesting, seems they had all they could take of a touch of the real thing, and what Our Country really stands for and what it was founded on.
Thank you for posting this. It was quite moving when the Bishop placed the prayer shaw over Trumps shoulders and gave Trump a bible (and said he had one for Trumps wife as well). The Bishop said he prayed and fasted over it and for Trump. That’s quite an endorsement.
Exactly. That is what Trump said today. “I get things done. That’s what I do.” I believe him!
Thank you.
Like the old man sitting at the gate, the bishop knew what many cannot or will not see
Let’s make it go viral - post over and over and send out on every social media and to everyone in you email box - often.
(The pastor left this ceremony to the last hing. I have the distinct feeling that had they not liked Trump very much, he would never have seen the prayer shawl - it’s a sacred thing - and blessed. )

Agree!
Isaiah 61:1-4;
1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners,
2 to proclaim the year of the LORDs favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn,
3 and provide for those who grieve in Zion to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor.
4 They will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the places long devastated; they will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations.
