Sure. I've used that format many times, and I always thought it made more sense to go with day-month-year or year-month-day than month-day-year, even though that's how we usually express a date in English. However, when a document says mm-dd-yyyy, maybe she should have just followed directions. Stupid, Crooked Hillary.
