They call it the bully pulpit. The president reads a book, the entire world knows the title and the author the next day. There is no problem getting whatever he wants to say out. This president, so much lauded for his great oratory gift, has little to say and he says it badly. He thinks because things are not going the way he wants that we have a reception problem. Nope. It’s an outgoing problem, not a reception problem.
