I don't think you can post a PDF file to FR.

But you CAN post the LINK to it on FR.

Generic sample: <a href="PDFurl">Text you click on</a>

Actual link to a PDF file: <a href="http://kmmc.in/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/lesson2.pdf"> PDF Lesson</a>

You could also copy the text from a PDF file and post it on FR.
