Fantastic!! Well said Jim.
I liked holdonnow. To be honest I did radio but had little time to listen to it.I also did not follow the wars on Free Republic about candidates.Sorry to see some people left and was shocked by the names.I left 2 times but came back.I liked the lower tiered candidates and their debates were better.Once my Candidates didn’t make it I was for the one left standing. Here in Pa we all watch and say nothing but rolling our eyes at the Hillary commercials.Last man standing is pro-life.If you don’t support him you are voting pro-death.
Awesome, and thank you for that.
Thank you for bringing attention to this issue, which I also hope and pray can be resolved soon. I have listened to Mark Levin every single night for years on my long drive home from work every evening, often then listening further after I got home, because he was my favorite on air commentator. Ted Cruz was my favorite politician, as well, and when the primary started my hope was that even if Cruz didn’t win the nomination, his prominence would rise.
My honest opinion is that both men have been brought to their knees by their own selfish interests. I remember the exact days that each lost control of their own destiny, as I’m sure others who follow such things closely do as well.
Levin’s misstep was the night he went in full meltdown on air when it was leaked by someone that his son in law worked for the Cruz campaign, something that Levin should have acknowledged, but had kept secret. Levin went berserk and said that night he was “now part of the nevertrump movement” and he’s ground his axe on Trump ever since that night, the fate of America be damned.
Cruz was exposed the night he sided with the violent liberal mob in Chicago that was attacking Trump supporters for no reason other than they were coming to see Trump speak. Rather than use this as an opportunity to show that the left in this country is violently out of control, Cruz couldn’t help himself from attacking Trump instead. He’s also since used comparatively petty complaints about family insults as an excuse to put the future of the whole country at risk.
None of this is to say that Trump is perfect, and he is certainly a flawed character himself. But what Trump has consistently done, is to convince people that he truly cares about the future of America. He has a LOT of skin in this game, his billon dollar empire is at risk. Meanwhile Levin and Cruz have come across as petty and selfish, who put themselves above the future of the country. And Freepers are smart enough to see it.
I too am hoping Levin & Rush (to name a few) come around and support the Republican candidate that won the nomination.
After 2 terms from the usurper, our republic very well might not survive the criminal who would further his agenda and no doubt push three or four 50 year old progressive liberal jurists to SCOTUS.
I’ve listened to Mark faithfully for years until a few months ago...I’ve even met him at a couple of events..
Round about the time Mark started his new TV show he got really nasty about Trump...
that week I had considered paying to watch the show which appeared to be very good...
however I was shocked at his attitude about Trump and sadly had to change my mind...
BTW I had gone to a Cruz rally last August and was going to vote for him or Trump until Cruz went all weird and Beckish...
“Quit pining and whining. Suck it up. Start leading!!”
Yep. Good reasons to just stop listening to Levin.
I too am a proud Tea Party member, but the media and GOPe did a stellar job of putting out that fire. Trump is THE ONE CHANCE we have right now to take back the nation. Support TRUMP or lose your country.
Sorry, but Cruz got strange, weird and acted like a snake handler with his creepy preacher routine. His dad was no help, stating that he saw Ted as the ruler of free world in a dream.
This last two weeks Trump has become a serious, intelligent candidate who has the discipline that the crybabies were calling for.
NeverTrumpers: Get on board or get out of the way.
TIMES 1000%, JIM ROBINSON.
Jim, couldn’t agree more. Hopefully Mark will re-evaluate his opposition to Trump, even at the expense of helping Hillary. I wish we had the sense on the Right to understand the true enemy. Still listen to Mark, as he still makes a lot of sense on many things, but he is deluding himself if he thinks what he is doing is not helping Hillary.
Agreed, it’s time to move on, and Make America Great Again!
Go Trump!!!
I’ve listened - I’ve watched - I went to the personal appearances and book signings - I bought and read the books.
Sadly, all these “conservatives” like Levin, Beck, Medved, Goldberg, Lowry, and Limbaugh have come and gone over the years.
Most of the conservative books I collected over the years wouldn’t even make a decent fire in 2016 - it’s just a cottage industry for suckers.
Thank God, Boss Jim is still standing steadfast over the dozen years that I have personally benefited from FreeRepublic membership.
Levin is Un-listenable, I swear the guy owns a Factory in China.
This is a disgrace, but it's typical of the lies and smears that appear all over the Internet http://fb.me/1ybIS2rKD
The possibility of Hillary as President is too horrible to not do everything we can to get Donald Trump elected. Not a single policy objective of Trump’s do I disagree with.
Anyone who does not vote Trump is not a conservative. It is utter madness to not vote Trump and not get as many others as possible to vote Trump.
I remember before Mark went NeverTrump him advising us that the election was existential, that not voting was not an option. I hope he gets back to that soon because right now he seems to have lost sight of that.
All fine and good Jim; when Levin and Rush stop shilling for the Kleptocrats, perhaps I can allow them LIMITED ADMITTANCE to the club of PATRIOTS.
Great Post Jim Rob:
I hope Mark and Rush read it. The next President will appoint at least two and maybe three judges to the Supreme Court.
Trump was not my first choice, but it is now Trump or Tyranny. I will vote for Trump.
