It is traditional for POTUS candidates to release tax returns. I know it is not required by law. But every leftwinger pundit is making a big issue of it. Therefor Trump can announce he will release his tax returns BEFORE election, without stipulating the date.
So, the left wing pundits make a big issue of it. No big deal. Those who are swayed by Left wing pundits weren’t going to vote for DJT anyway.
The contents of his tax return would only enable those left wing pundits to further spin more hype, and work against DJT.
It’s also traditional for candidates to release their medical records. But Slick Willie got away with non-compliance.
I just don’t see the value in giving in to these aggressive Marxists. I don’t see it translating into any votes that would have otherwise gone elsewhere.
I’d love to see DJT tell the media “Sorry guys, I’m no Mitt Rommney! Go take a hike!” LOL.
