Obama does not have the legal authority to legalize illegal aliens.

But now a look at the guy suing ...

It would be perverse to cut someone’s education in half. Worthless to everyone. Not to mention, the man has been in the US for most of his life, ever since he was Seven.
If he is assimilating — no violent crimes, no burglaries, etc. — if he has not committed any moral turpitude and never had so much as a DUI — I’m not opposed to him being allowed permanent US residency as a US taxpayer who never receives benefits other than to finish his education.
Most importantly — no right to vote for at least 10 years.
