They publish a lot of good stuff and too much tinfoil hat stuff which discredits it. Sort of like the National Enquirer.
THe MSM outlets post a lot more lies than WND posts “tinfoil”. Not sure exactly what you mean by “tinfoil” as I don’t read WND enough to have seen any.
Do you post on threads with NYT/WaPo/Huffpo/CNBC/CBS/CNN etc articles slamming those sources too?

I’ve seen Freepers charge WND with posting tin foil hat stuff, but they’re never specific as to what content they judge to be on the weird side.
Maybe you could cite an article you found to be worthy of the label, ‘tin foil’.
