I would think his best shot in the Pacific NW would be Oregon, but they know better :-).
The choice for Everett is good as it would be on the more conservative side of Seattle, then say Tacoma. A well attended rally with a positive outcome will send a strong message to others in Western Washington.
Eastern Washington is probably already Trump country.
