But this time, she claims, Donald Trump is backed by a nasty, racist “alt-right” conspiracy that aspires to lynch blacks and Muslims and that laughs at feminist idiocy. We all laugh at members of the He Woman Man Haters Club.

I thought alt-right are these 4chan /pol/ nutcases and there is max couple of thousand of them.
Much like her vast rightwing conspiracy ploy on Whitewater, Bill's infidelity, etc. she is trying to tie the Clinton foundation crap, daily email bombshells, and the new even more devastating stuff to come into an ALT-Right "THIS IS OLD NEWS" ball.
Whether or not it works remains to be seen, but that will be the tactic with anything that comes out from wikileaks or about her health -- This is just the evil racist alt-right rehashing old news.

She will try to link Assange and any other leaker to the alt.right movement with “counter leaks”, probably manufactured ones, in an effort to discredit all Internet discussion. She will also try to link them to....evil Putin.
Hillary must destroy any new media sources that she cannot control.
She wants to brainwash the public into believing that “you cannot trust anything on the Internet” and can only trust leftist journalism school trained writers and commentators (who she does control—for the most part).
This is a losing strategy long term—but she is just trying to bluff her way past the next couple of months.
