Certainly nothing in this life is eternal.
However there is a fine line between diversity and variety, the latter a cardinal precept of Principled Conservatism.
Additionally, variety is the wellspring for creativity and innovation, attributes necessary in order for culture/society to develop and mature.
Understanding the distinction is a requirement of leadership but that has been absent in the United States for a very long time.
As Gibbon correctly asserted, it was the absence and failure of leadership that caused the Fall of Rome.
Later Santayana added that those for ignore history are condemned to repeat it.
Doubt any of the buffoons in DC have heard of either of them?
Basically, it is the destruction of the minds of the next generation through mass indoctrination system (includes Hollywood/screens) which eliminate the Classical Curricula and reading the Great Books, which gives the Tools to Think and the Wisdom of the Ages.
The unconstitutional school indoctrination system put in a bunch of communists/Marxists (Fabians) and humanists to erase Christianity off the face of the Earth-—the most rational religion of all time—the most Just and Free, which was aligned to Philosophy (critical thinking) by Thomas Aquinas in the 13th Century and gave us Free Will and Individualism (Individual Natural Rights from God ONLY)......the Leftists have to ERASE that idea in the children to make the State into god.
BTW, they infiltrated all the major Christian religions, including the Vatican and took them over-—to blur Good and Evil so Evil can be Good and Up is Down now along with vice is virtue.
We do not transmit our Traditions and Wisdom to the next generation anymore-—it is BANNED intentionally, so they can brainwash children into believieg the most absurd, evil things, like Slavery (socialism) is Freedom and Girls are Boys (eliminate Science/Truth) and Vice (sodomy) is Virtue (and normal). They embed vice in young children and with vice, only slavery is possible. Freedom is only possible with virtuous people (in the Christian sense).
Children programmed with lies and misinformation are forever—as Lenin knew they would be-—useful idiots (slaves of the elites) for life.
Our last chance to break this national disease and then recover is right now.

I think it is POSSIBLE to have a relatively stable diverse society given the right circumstancess. But for that to happen different ethnic groups need to be willing to assimilate into the larger dominant culture and then do so.
Leftist Muticultaralism OTOH does not work. Instead of assimilation its attitude is “why assimilate? who is to say that any culture is better than any other?” Or worse they try to make the host culture bend to accommodate the immigrants (You see this especially in Europe where there are Sharia courts etc.) Couple this with parties of the left who constantly try to encourage ethnic grievances and senses of victimization in order to gin up votes for their parties, and you have a recipe for disaster.

Daniel 2:31 “You, O king, were looking and behold, there was a single great statue; that statue, which was large and [ao]of extraordinary splendor, was standing in front of you, and its appearance was awesome.

And then, in vss. 36-38, Daniel tells what the statue represents:
Daniel 2:36 “This was the dream; now we will tell its interpretation before the king. 37 You, O king, are the king of kings, to whom the God of heaven has given the kingdom, the power, the strength and the glory;
38 and wherever the sons of men dwell, or the beasts of the field, or the birds of the sky, He has given them into your hand and has caused you to rule over them all. You are the head of gold.
Then, Daniel tells him that other kingdoms will rise up.
Daniel 2:39 After you there will arise another kingdom inferior to you, then another third kingdom of bronze, which will rule over all the earth.
40 Then there will be a fourth kingdom as strong as iron; inasmuch as iron crushes and shatters all things, so, like iron that breaks in pieces, it will crush and break all these in pieces.
41 In that you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, it will be a divided kingdom; but it will have in it the toughness of iron, inasmuch as you saw the iron mixed with common clay.
42 As the toes of the feet were partly of iron and partly of pottery, so some of the kingdom will be strong and part of it will be brittle.
43 And in that you saw the iron mixed with common clay, they will combine with one another in the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, even as iron does not combine with pottery.
Now, although God goes on to explain the His kingdom, the church, will roll down as a stone and crush all of the other kingdoms (end of time prophecy), it is important in the context of this post to say something clearly...the Bible says that EVEN if men combine races (by intermarrying), the cultures from which they come will NOT combine and there will be a problem. Diversity does not work.

She sure knows how to accumulate money. She is shooting for a billion in campaign funds, and has half of that already. So even if she drops out, I imagine she intends to keep the cash. This country was founded on “E Pluribus Unum” or, Out of many, One. That is what made us a great nation not “Ex unus Plurimas” (I hope that’s right).

*The Family Unit is the bedrock and foundation for the social order of culture/society.
As such, abortion, homosexuality, transgenderism and all the rest of these psychotic behaviors are a mortal threat to the Family.
* Man is not a perfectible creature nor is paradise possible during Man’s time on earth.
As such, the self destructive isms spawned by the French Enlightenment are a disguised assault on reality w/the objective of caging Man so he will do the bidding of totalitarians.
* There exists an enduring moral order for Man, derived from the Natural Law, whose truths are enduring and permanent.
As such, the elimination of virtue is the destroyer of the social order.
The wise of all ages understood this but we do not.
As Santayana correctly told us; “Those who ignore the lessons of history are condemned to repeat them.”
We are well on the way.
