I blame them. There have been three congressional elections since Obamacare passed and we gave the GOP the house and the senate because they promised to get rid of Obamacare. They lied. Flat out lied. They never had any intention of that and they made no move AT ALL to do it. As far as I'm concerned they own this every bit as much as Obama and the democrats.
