Part of the reason they can’t get a higher paying job is: THEY CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH .. and when they come here, English is not demanded of them.
Several years ago in SoCal, they had a thing called “Bi-lingual Education”. What a joke. We ended up with almost a whole generation of young people who could not speak English .. and therefore could not get a job .. ANOTHER GREAT ACHIEVEMENT BY THE DEMOCRAT PARTY.
Finally, enough Repubs ended up in the State House, and changed the policy. Emergence into English - ONLY.
Sorry, but I am waiting for the Washington Post to apologize and straighten out all its past rabid lies about Trump before I can take them seriously.
Yeah. Bi lingual teaching meant that Hispanics never learned English, and English speakers never learned anything because the class became so slow they got nothing done.
No offense but there are jobs I had to do that I hated, and I knew others that scrubbed toilets for a while for they needed the work, they can go F**k themselves, I swear these people piss me off.
All Trump has to do is beat again and again how unfair it is to allow ANY sort of legalization for illegal immigrants when LEGAL immigrants have to wait years for citizenship let alone government funds.

My classy white neighbor cleans houses for wealthy clients and makes $150 per day. Another immigrant (Polish) couple cleans homes for realtors before ‘open house’ showings - earn $300 per house.
Also, all the grass cutters in our neighborhood are young, white entrepreneurs with equipment and drive. They earn great, regular income during the summer and clean snow in the winter.
These are the true American workers - no welfare - no excuses - finding opportunity and success.

If they stopped giving them "native born Americans" a comfortable life for doing nothing, and told then to either work or starve, I bet a lot ore would decide then jobs are OK....
Americans’ wages have been cut in half, if not more. Their standard of living has remained about the same only because most women are working along with their husbands.
Illegal immigration has forced down wages all across the economic spectrum. The cure for these people is more immigration.
Trump’s immigration policies have ALWAYS been humane.
No one says we should mistreat illegals.
No one says we should beat them.
No one says we should waterboard them.
No one says we should hit them with electric cattle prods.
We just want to SEND THEM HOME. Something EVERY country on earth does to one degree or another.

Agreed, but you realize that this statement also accepts the liberal premise that all illegal immigrants are hard-working job-seekers.
Before I buy into that, I’d like an objective audit of how many illegals are on welfare of one kind or another. Then, if you can’t figure out how to get all illegals to leave at once, you can start by throwing out the welfare cases.
The humane thing to do for all American citizens would be to give the illegals 48 hours to get themselves on transportation out of here or walk back across the border. No exceptions. Let the countries them came here from worry about their humane treatment.
