If John Bolton is one of the smartest people on the planet, then why was he running around in 1998 and 1999 publicly calling on a sexual predator in the White House to use military force to topple the Milosevic regime in Serbia ... on behalf of radical Islamic insurgents in Kosovo?
Any conservative in the White House would do well to keep that @sshole as far away from Washington as possible.
