Their growth and survival is a beautiful thing to watch!
I set 2 pots aside thinking they were done for their annual lifetime...yesterday I saw a small white throat-ed purple petunia bloom and in the other hanging basket a red periwinkle too.
I will find a protected spot, re-pot them and “watch”!
We’ve had quite a few bushes and trees that appeared to have died, only to “come back to life” the following season. It’s amazing. We had heavy rain last night and one of our tomato plants had a large stem with quite a few green fruit that broke mostly away from the main stem. Mr. trisham went out this afternoon and put it back together with duct tape.
We’ll see what happens. :)
