Hillary knows the election is not in the bag because her rallies don't attract crowds...but she's too old and tired--and possibly ill--to campaign harder.

This is why the MSM--the old media--has opened the floods gates to let the anti-Trump bile flow.

Of course, the old media doesn't really matter much anymore, having been replaced by the interweb media and social media.

And this is why Trump hired Bannon, who is a master at the new media.
