Actuall, he does. He just doesn’t advertise it.
“You’re going to rebuild,” Trump told him as the two hugged. “It’s going to be so beautiful.”
That is clearly Trump’s own words. A real estate mogul, a builder. He can emphathize.
Just like with the Milwaukee riot. A hotel manager sees panicked people flee into the shelter of his building sometimes. He sees the fear in their eyes. And just from reading the transcript I could see it from his perspective how people generally want to sleep safe and sound.
That’s the way people are, a side of them he had seen more closely than most of us for his entire life.
