“God’s will is supreme. No one can ‘unleash’ something he did not intend.”

Yes, God’s will is supreme, and He has willed that humans make their choices. His will is expressed in the Ten Commandments, for example. Are they in play worldwide? He expressed His will to Biblical Israel, to no avail.

He did not intend for Adam to unleash what he did.

I'd put a finer edge on it - Adams choice was of no surprise to God who then recognized the obligation and necessity of the Christ event to fix it.
