He's going to have a fantastic birthday cake!!! 🍍🍍🍍 🎈🎈🎈🎂🎈🎈🎈 Pineapple Upside Down Cake and Spice Cake were my fathers favorite cakes! I can't help but think of him when I see anything to do with either of those cakes!!! I've started making my pineapple upside cakes in a muffin tin, the mini cakes are nice since there are just 2 of us at home now. (I freeze a few of the mini cakes)..

A while back I was thinking of my mom and I went on Amazon and bought an iron skillet. I don't own one any more. I baked the cake in the skillet today as she had done for many years.
