Seoul (CNN)A senior North Korean diplomat, along with his wife and children, has defected and reached safety in South Korea, making it the highest-level diplomatic defection from the Pyongyang regime in history.

Ping
This guy has good Intel to share.
Interrogate him.
Must have gotten tired of a steady diet of tree bark!
Thank God he was able to make it with the rest of his immediately family. But if he has any other relatives behind, they are in big trouble.
Things must be deteriorating even faster.
They are fine, they are just going camping.
Yeah, any other relatives he has in NK are walking dead. It’s surprising they let the wife and kids of the ambassador out of the country with him in the first place.
The Norks like to go back three generations...
Any relation to Dat Ho? (Not to be confused with Hillary)
SUM TING WONG
....” Its surprising they let the wife and kids of the ambassador out of the country with him in the first place”.....
That of itself should give pause......I’m sure the authorities will consider this.
Interesting though, but Kim’s been riding his officials for some time. I imagine this guy saw his name on the “list”.
I realize that it’s a long shot under the current administration, but if ever there was a country deserving of “Regime Change”, North Korea is it. One of these days, someone is going to come over the wall with enough key information to make it possible to finally collapse the Kim dynasty and bring the North Korean people back into the light.
Ho Lee Phuk
Maybe this will shake a few screws loose in Pyongyang.
Congratulations!
Let’s hope for his sake he isn’t sent back, a la Elian Gonzalez.
It’s a matter of South Korea and China figuring out how to do it without millions of North Korean refugees pouring over their borders.
The timing couldn’t have come at a worse time the military exercises are about to start in a few days I suspect we’ll see a North Korean provocation of some type. But I am glad to see he made it to freedom and out of that rat hole
