That’s a bit of a stretch. I use a pillow because I have a bad back.................

I agree. I'm 59 and have the name problem. If I sit for any length of time, I need a pillow to support my lower back.

I think Hillary isn't well but this isn't real evidence of that.

I agree. I’m not that short at 5’5” but at 61 I’m in incredible shape. I walk regularly and ride a bike. I’m only 114 pounds and I am in better shape physically than my 42-year old daughter AND my 20-year old granddaughter. Last week I took my granddaughter for a 10 mile mountain bike ride on a gravel trail and had to stop several times to let her rest. LOL

Due to living on a farm my entire life my lower back gets in bad shape if I sit too much. Way too many years lugging on heavy farm equipment, wrestling cows, getting bucked off horses, etc. We still live on the farm but only do simple gardening now. Walking and cycling keep my back in shape most of the time. If I have to sit much I use a lumbar support in my chair because most of my back problems come from spasms caused from sitting.
