No, actually that is the point that a disproportionate amount of the time these mobs of kids are black, and this is going on around the country at an increasing rate.
I lived in Cr for 9 years back in 93-2002, and the fact that BLM, Obama, Leftists and our PC schools enable this garbage sickens me.
