Perhaps that kind of thing is necessary, but I don’t like it.
I don’t like it either. But imho it’s a sound tactic. A lot of homos will vote for him due to fear of Islam, and that is sensible. Not just homos, but their associates. Even they deserve to be protected from Islamic butchery.
He has also supported real marriage, putting SCOTUS justices who will overturn fag marriage, and religious freedom to act on one’s conscious in that regard. So I think his POV on fagdom is good.
We tolerate all kinds of other sinners without demanding their deaths. Love the sinner,hate the sin. Which means not celebrating homosexuality,adultery,thievery,gluttony,etc. but having policies that discourage destructive behavior.
