President Obama's carbon emission regulations are still in court and will be for several years. But that hasn't stopped the president from getting ready to propose new regulations to combat his notion of "climate change" - even if some of them apparently have little to do with global warming.
The Hill:
“We know that 2015 surpassed the hottest year on record – and 2016 is on pace to be even hotter,” Obama said in his weekly address. “There’s still so much more to do.
“And if we keep pushing, and leading the world in the right direction, there’s no doubt that, together, we can leave a better, cleaner, safer future for our children.”
Obama said he plans on debuting new tools for combating climate change before he leaves office.
“In the weeks and months ahead, we’ll release a second round of fuel efficiency standards for heavy-duty vehicles. We’ll take steps to meet the goal we set with Canada and Mexico to achieve 50 percent clean power across North America by 2025,” Obama said.
“And we’ll continue to protect our lands and waters so that our kids and grandkids can enjoy our most beautiful spaces for generations.”

Don’t expect it to stop any time soon. Loretta Lynch admitted not long ago the DOJ had discussed the possibility of prosecuting those who speak out against climate change. That’s basically eliminating the 1st amendment.
Obama already said long ago he wasn’t finished, he had more in store. I don’t know about anyone else, but this doesn’t surprise me at all.
He’s lying, of course, the hottest year on record is still 1997. Carbon dioxide is not a pollutant, without it plants cannot grow. According to research that has been done, increases in CO² always follow the natural warming spells seen in the climate for millions of years. CO² is not causing any warming, it’s a result of it.
Watch the documentary “Dark Winter”. Very good, and it includes some good info about this. Global warming was, in fact in progress a few years ago, the solar activity cycle has changed and now it’s reversing itself. In the next 20 to 50 years we’ll see colder and harsher winters, cooling on a scale not seen since 200 years ago, crop failures, probably famine if governments don’t get a grip and start preparing for it, and increased geological activity.

If I speak out against, and someone tries to prosecute me, then they are Stasi, NKVD, Gestapo, etc. Any and all tactics moral for use against them are on the table.
Patriots are reminded the following about politically correct global warming. To the best of my knowledge, global warming has never been substantiated by the consistent results of repeatable, scientific method-based experiments.

But regardless if such experiments eventually show that global warming is a scientific reality, it remains that the states have never delegated to the corrupt feds, expressly via the Constituton, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for such purposes.

The states would need to amend the Constitution to expressly give the feds the specific power to deal with global warming.
Also, corrupt Congress should not be letting Obama get away with harrassing the sovereign states with global warming propaganda, particularly since the feds don’t have the constitutional authority to address the issue.

Patriots need to support Trump / Pence by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for making America great again for everybody, but will put a stop to unconstitutonal federal taxes and likewise unconstitutional inteference in state affairs as evidenced by lawless Obama’s politically correct global warming propaganda.
Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.
