What Trump will do depends on how much Congress is willing to work with him, and given the present GOPe, that is not an encouraging sign.
Democrat answer now: Jack up the taxes, single payer, deluxe health care coverage for everybody.
Some GOP answer now: More Obamacare, just a little milder.
Trump hopefully: get this nonsense off the books as quick as we can and rebuild.

Replace it with MARKET-BASED reforms (get the government out of health care business)
Let companies handle group plans IF THEY WANT TO and all health care expenses of any kind are tax-free.
But, I don’t buy my car insurance or homeowners insurance from my boss- why do I buy health insurance from him?
It is my most important issue for the 2016 election.
But I actually think it is the second worst law. The worst was the creation of the IRS and national income tax.
The government should stay out of healthcare except for the truly indigent. Charities have worked for a hundred years and will continue to do so...............

We have a totally fiat, unbacked currency, and we have a Federal Reserve that will monetize debt, expand credit, and manipulate interest rates to zero to keep Fed.gov operating this, and 1000 other progressive, social engineering schemes. $20 Trillion in debt - what’s another $2 or $20 Trillion to take care of the needs of the Federal welfare state and its tens of millions of sheep-dependents? We are down that road already, and there is NO coming back.
As for those who buy their own insurance and the producers of this nation?? They will be squeezed further - its that simple.

BZZZZZT! Wrong answer. Policy premiums have gone up and so have out of pocket costs such as deductibles and co-pays. The only "cheaper" plans are poorer plans. There's no magic here, only the end of a series of lies that can no longer be denied or avoided.
