His advocacy for arming the Muslim Brotherhood and al Qaeda, as well as giving them funds, IMO was probably integral to the formation of ISIS.
McCain has had a major screw loose in his decision making process clear back into the 80s.
If you look at his life, he had a screw loose clear back to his childhood.
