Last month, U.S. District Court Judge James Peterson struck down what he deemed was a much too strict voter ID law in Wisconsin and suggested that proponents of the law were overly paranoid about voter fraud. As a result the judge's ruling, voters would not have to provide a valid form of identification at their polling stations and residency requirements would be relaxed. On Wednesday, however, a U.S. appeals court issued a stay in the case, allowing the "strict" practices to remain in place.
A Justice Department statement said that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit issued a stay concluding "both that the district court’s decision is likely to be reversed on appeal and that disruption of the state’s electoral system in the interim will cause irreparable injury.”
Similar efforts to challenge voter ID guidelines have surfaced in Texas and North Carolina.
The liberal war against voter ID laws have been disproved in the wake of record voter turnout in this year's primary elections.
So much for the "disenfranchisement" narrative.
We had to show ID in WI for the primary.
BUT .. pay close attention .. this only means that after the election (especially if Hillary loses), the efforts to get rid of these voter ID laws will be ATTACKED AGAIN.
The only problem with that is that Article 3, Section 2 CLEARLY States that ONLY the supreme Court has Jurisdiction over State Issues, Inferior Courts have NO STANDING!!!
In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction.
Failure or Refusal of the supreme Court to take “Original Jurisdiction” in a case involving a STATE Leaves it up to the STATE.
So based on this, how did the US Supreme Court intervene in 2000 election in Florida?
The case was brought before them in Original Jurisdiction by the Gore Gang. In that case the USSC has the Authority, but Only because they took the case as filed by the Gore Gang.

It’s my experience that anyone who can legally vote can easily get a proper photo ID and if they’re low income or elderly they can get it free.
My guess is that it is an emotional issue that resonates with their constituent groups. The same applies to the constant harping on unequal pay for women, no matter how many studies show that it has nothing to do with gender but is effected by working hours, outside responsibilities, motherhood etc., the issue still gives female LIVs the vapors!
There is very real history for minorities and the right to vote and the Democrats have it in their pocket. In the days of the DEMOCRAT South (old Confederacy and such), there were poll taxes and literacy requirements to be able to vote, but if you were white you could vote anyhow. Some of the same shenanigans were done in the Southwest against Latinos and American-Indians. Pacific Coast against Asian-derived citizens and so on.
Thus, given that the DEMOCRATS have made a SUCCESSFUL mantra of identity politics along with their age-old class warfare, this is a winning game for them. They cheerfully dismiss their historical involvement with vote suppression while TRUMPeting the opposition's historical failings. They have successfully equated voter identification with minority voter suppression AND given the MSM's BIAS, they get aways with it every time!
We know from yesterdays vote that Wisconsin will be voting 90% for Hillary anyways.

If you look at what happened you’ll see all they did was tell Florida to obey their own law. Which is what happened. Think of it more as guidance than direction.
I just found out some enemies gamed the school board I am on and I am PISSED because I and another tried to provide a way to prevent chicanery, but it was voted down.
I am SO tired of being hooked and gamed !
