Raped at age 12, a woman now is lashing out at Hillary Clinton for defending her attacker, who got off with a penalty of only a short jail term thanks to the machinations of the young lawyer in Arkansas in 1975.
The victim, Kathy Shelton, now is saying she wants to speak out so that people know the truth about the Democrat candidate for president this year.
Shelton’s comments about the assault she endured at the hands of a 41-year-old attacker when she was 12, in 1975, and the subsequent ordeal she was forced through because of the attacker’s lawyer, Hillary Clinton, came in an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail.
Shelton said she was agreeing to be identified “because she is furious that her rapist’s defense attorney – Hillary Clinton – has been portraying herself as a lifelong advocate of women and girls on the campaign trail,” the report said.
Shelton, now 54, was interviewed in Springdale, Arkansas, by Alana Goodman for the Mail.

They won’t. She needs to make the talk show circuit or no one will hear her story. Make the msm notice her. Of course, the msm will tear her apart but that’s what it’s going to take to get her message out.
Her story should surprise no one. After all, what Hillary did is what leftists do: champion the cause of criminals, not victim s.
Hillary’s putting the girl on trial did lead (indirectly, and to her shame) to the enactment of Arkansas’ rape shield laws. The state legislature called her conduct a judicial emergency. Just over a year after the poor girl was violated, and shortly after the trial. Sec. 5 of Act 197 of 1977 declared Hillary’s conduct had “has kept many victims of sex crimes from testifying against their attackers, has obscured the facts in sexual assault cases to the extent that juries have often reached improper verdicts, and has greatly hampered the administration of criminal justice in Arkansas. Therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist...”
So - she has done something for women!

It has been found and is declared by the General Assembly of Arkansas that the introduction of opinion evidence, reputation evidence, and evidence of specific instances of the victim’s prior sexual conduct with the defendant or any other person, where such evidence does not directly pertain to the prosecution upon which the act is based, and the absence of a pretrial hearing on the admissibility of this evidence, has kept many victims of sex crimes from testifying against their attackers, has obscured the facts in sexual assault cases to the extent that juries have often reached improper verdicts, and has greatly hampered the administration of criminal justice in Arkansas. I thought the last two elections were bad. This one is way over the top. Better the truth than the dirty lies we’ve been fed. I think we need to hear this woman. Hillary cannot wash this stain away with her ill gotten gains.

What is worse is when the crime is reported and rape kits done, they sit in the evidence room for decades like they do in Memphis, TN which has hundreds of untested rape kits still awaiting testing, while the rapist rapes more women and girls. Or commits other crimes.
That is not a woman who was 12 in 1975. I think she might have been 12 in 1957. I think they found the wrong girl. I just saw her on TV and she’s in her 60’s. If they want to do this story they NEED to ensure they get the right girl. This is a story that can bring Hillary down but not if they are lying about the woman they have ready to take the story to the press.

I just saw her speak and they don’t have the right girl. The RNC needs to start over with their auditions of the 12-year old who grew up. She is not a girl who was 12 in 1975. No way.
