Guilt and innocence aren’t particularly relevant in a criminal case. More important is due process. The prosecution builds its case; the defense answers. The theory is that if both parties do their jobs to their utmost, the final result will be just.

Even if a defense attorney knows his client is guilty as sin, his job is still to force the prosecution to build his best case. Look at OJ Simpson. The defense wasn’t all that good, but the prosecution was that bad. Was he guilty? Of course he was. Did the state prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt? Obviously not.

Hillary did her part as a defense counsel. But it was NOT her part to laugh and joke about it afterward. Anyone with a conscience would have gone home proud of serving due process, then cried themselves to sleep.

I wouldn’t take a case like that and if I did why go after raped child like that? I don’t see anything admirable about anyone that would wilfully accept working to get these type criminals off when guilty.
