I wouldn’t take a case like that and if I did why go after raped child like that? I don’t see anything admirable about anyone that would wilfully accept working to get these type criminals off when guilty.
Sometimes you don’t have much of a choice about the cases you take. And sometimes a judge won’t let you drop a client once you’ve started on a case. It’s not quite as simple as you think.
