It’s only a problem (for him) if he doesn’t get away with it.

He’s the first black president. He’s gotten away with it...and anything else...before you can even ask.

Who needs a pen and a phone when one has a nod and a wink. This is the most ransomesque non-ransom ransom I have ever seen in my born days.

It would bother me less if he just called it that, than this lying.

Aid and comfort to the enemy.

The U.S. Constitution has a word for that.

It should also apply to the individual members of the House of Representatives for their deliberate failure to carry out their responsiblity under Art. I Section 2.

“There is no controlling legal authority that says this was in violation of law.”
— Al Gore, seven times (in one form or another), White House news conference, March 3, 1997.

Precedent?

An impeachable offense if not outright treason, but Obama is above the law just like the Clinton’s.

I think it’s against the law to use a cabinet agency to persecute those with opposing political beliefs, i.e Lois Lerner’s IRS.

Obama is corrupt, Hillary is crooked, the media covers it up.

(Violating Oath of Office is a Federal Crime)The recent years since 9/11 have proven our elected representatives have little to no interest in presenting or passing legislation that passes constitutional muster. A myriad of laws such as Patriot Act, GM takeover, NDAA, Bankster bailouts, Operating government without formal budget, mandated Healthcare and coming legislative assaults on second amendment all point to an out of control nearly, if not actually, tyranical government our founders never intended but clearly warned us about.

..... In other threads I have touched on the subject of the oath of office and find its treated as just words to be said but no one holds those taking the oath responsible so I thought it a good topic for discussion especially since violating the oath is codified as a violation of federal law and executive order.

The oath taken by both houses of Congress reads,

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God

it goes without saying Hillary Clinton has no use for the United States Constitution UNLESS it for some reason benefits her. Trump has no reason not to obey the oath of office he answers to no one except himself, G-d and his family.

What we have witnessed for 7 1/2 years is a wannabe dictator showing the government establishment that they are powerless to stop him, Constitution or no.

A social contract (quaint notion) is only workable when all parties recognize the value of honoring the contract. When one party is not a gentleman, as Obama is not, the contract is worthless.

Obama has the guns, and his ilk have the major cultural entities under control.
