It just occurred to me that perhaps why Hillary said the word “short-circuited” is because one of her doctors explained her condition to her using that term.

That is exactly how dads doctor explained his heart issue. Valve getting stuck. And two other couple said dr had explained circulation problem of family the same way We decided she was PARROTING what a medical person had explained.
For dad he might miss an entire conversation that needed repeated. And in a bit go right back to being himself

I think she just picked a bad phrase to describe not making a “connect the dots” argument. She said similar, though she and wallace were talking past each other. It’s just a BS excuse. The dot she added is the obvious lie, that what she tole Comey and what she told the public are consistent.

Right after Hellary unfroze, her first comments were about Trump’s kids.
Kids are usually off limits, in campaigns. Trump had nothing but compliments, for Chelsea’s recent speech.
That is the first thing I thought when I heard it. It is exactly the way to try to explain to a lay person what is happening inside the brain’s pathways. More polite than a “brain fart”.
