Not taking it personal. Just wondering who is using that nickname for Trump. You seem to imply that it is catching on but this is the first I've ever hear it.

In the movie Goodfellas, one of the minor characters is nick-named "two times" for repeating the same phrases twice, which is actually a nervous tick for some people. I don't see this with Trump. If he repeats something, he's usually doing it for emphasis.
