The dude holding her left arm is the same big black dude who ran onto the stage with her when the mean old PETA people heckled her. Some have opined that he might be a bit portly to be a Secret Service agent; I wouldn't know one way or the other.

Thanks for the photo.
But no matter what Clinton’s health condition is, it will only evoke more sympathy votes. That picture will not as damning as we all think it is - like I said, it will just bring her more sympathy even from some undecideds.
