Hard to believe the steps weren’t prepared for her though.

It is so good icy that no one else was even holding the hand rail. Ok, like that is going to fly. Has anyone determined the location and time of day the pic was taken? If so it would be easy enough to look up what the temp was that day, and on preceding days.
