Sorry for the confusion. I'm calling the black guy, "MysteryMan" since he follows her so closely everywhere she goes.
The guy with what appears to be an auto-injector should probably be called "SyringeMan" since most people are unfamiliar with auto-injectors. He's the guy on the right who appears to be taking something out of his pocket.
