Joe Biden surprises Obama on his birthday

Vice President Joe Biden surprised President Obama with birthday treats in the Oval Office Thursday.
White House photographer Pete Souza posted a photo of Obama bending over to blow out the candles.
Biden was really feeling the spirit on Obama's 55th, tweeting an image of "Joe" and "Barack" friendship bracelets earlier in the day.

Biden's bad but what the he11's with 0? He drags this BD chit out for a couple of weeks every year.
Two weeks ago he was having some kind of "event" to celebrate his birthday with someone, then last week he had his gay golf thing, now he's got Biden giving him BFF bracelets and cup cakes in the OO.
He told the reporters the other day at his press conference that he couldn't take anymore questions because there was some kind of birthday party waiting to get started...
