Iran: $400 Million in Cash Was Part of ‘Expensive Price’ to Free U.S. Hostages

Iranian television has broadcast what some say is purported footage of the $400 million pallets of cash that officials claim was part of the “expensive price” paid by the Obama administration to free several U.S. hostages.

The footage, which could not be independently verified, shows images of large stacks of hard currency and features claims that the Obama administration sent this money over as part of an effort to free several U.S. hostages. The White House vehemently denied these claims this week following new reports about the cash exchange.

BBC Persian reporter Hadi Nili posted the footage on Twitter and describing it as showing the “pallets of cash” and quoting officials as saying “this was just part of the ‘expensive price’ to release Americans.”

So, if are to believe Oturd that Iran has been truthful about the nuclear program does that mean they are falsely talking about the hostage ransom or is it the other way about....cannot be both IMO.

Making a payment in cash is suspicious. Governments don’t do this. The cash was part of the deal and is more than likely being used to directly fund terrorism. Does anyone think the government of Iran just deposited this money in a bank account? What easier any untraceable way to fund terrorism than with millions conveniently paid in cash. The media will claim the Iranians fabricated and released the footage to help Trump, which means that Trump is also in league with the Iranians who are working in concert with Putin to get him elected.

I’m still not completely convinced the video is showing what it purports to. The video is completely broken up not linking unmarked aircraft landing in Iran or other location....pallet of cash being offloaded from same plane and loaded into vehicle. Vehicle drive to warehouse...pallet opened showing currency of already identified countries we are aware of.....not that I’m backing Obama in any way whatsoever but to stand behind a video that wouldn’t pass a test in a court of law is just bad.

I’d hate to be prosecuted in a court of law if this were me on the flimsy video evidence presented thus far

Let me be clear. There is a reason that this is not a watershed moment in America.

The reason, a vast number of the American People have no pride in their own Country. Patriotism is being surrendered to Globalism, the idea that we are just a cog in the New World Order has taken hold.

Last but not least, the Free Press our Forefathers fought to protect within the parameters of the First Amendment has become part of the Ruling Cabal.

The Entertainment Media is now an arm of the Leftist Press and they are very effective in today’s information intensive Society.

All that information and the People are more ignorant of the truth than ever before.

Our forefathers could have never imagined the reach, scope and power those Media Institutions could achieve.

The Obamabots are saying that the $400 million was Iran's money that was frozen (them talking, not me). So, while technically it could be argued that this money isn't from the taxpayers, the Billion+ paid in interest is almost certainly taxpayer dollars. Regardless, we are being looted by this admin and have been for years in many different ways.
