This is not a confrontation Trump will win. It’s like having a sympathetic witness for the other side on the witness stand. The witness, Kahn here, can’t hurt Trump unless the witness stays on the witness stand - in the spot light - too long.
Trump took their bait, and is paying the price in horrible publicity.
Trump owes us an obligation to be more self control. Thank the family for their son’s service, then ignore them.
Sometimes you win by fighting when no others had the guts to fight.
But I would not expect a Republican to know or understand this.
There is no Khan story. Trump said nothing. This is just another distraction. Maybe to take away from the emails? The Assange interview? Or maybe, the fact that the bitch got zero bounce from the convention?
But, that said, I cant believe the people on FR who are running to the Kahn’s defense. Really. This muslim POS takes the stage at the convention. Rants about our candidate. And then some of us take his side.
