I seriously considered moving on to something else Like what? He's done TV and disliked it. His last book is 22 years old not counting the formulaic Revere kiddie dreck. YouTubers are a dime a dozen - literally.
I'm sure the even the best gigs get stale after a while but he is a creature of radio and when he leaves - likely after this contract - radio will soon be in dire condition.

Wow, big news... Thanks, raccoonradio. Rush opened his show today saying "I'm going to do this for four more years."
So... Does that mean that Rush will retire / end his show after the four years is up?? Unfortunately I missed most of yesterday's show, so I don't know if he discussed this in detail yesterday. Anyone know the details?
Kind of sad to think the day is coming when there will be no more Rush on the radio every day...
