Way back there, we had a corrupt governor in Tennessee that sold pardons. Lamar Alexander won the election to replace him.
Rather than allow the final actions of corruption occurring after Christmas, Alexander showed up and kicked the old governor Blanton out a a few days before Christmas. The corruption was prevented.
That would be a good thing for Trump. dispense with the formal falderal, have a justice swear him in and then go tell the Obama’s to get the hell out. I’m President now
