CLEVELAND (AP) -- As he turns his attention to the general election, Donald Trump is signaling that he is ready to tone down his fiery rhetoric on illegal immigration — at least behind closed doors.
At the same time, Republican officials appear eager to push him in a more moderate direction, telling Hispanics that he has abandoned his divisive primary pledge to deport the estimated 11 million people living in the country illegally — even if Trump hasn't said so publicly himself.

If a President Trump does not make a super sincere effort to build THE WALL then he is dead to me. He must build the wall and crack down on visa over stayers who are 40% of our illegal aliens. I just saw all the slightly exaggerated hi-tech tracking and tracing that can be done these days in the new Jason Bourne movie. It is ultra easy to computerize all ports of entry and exit as far as tracking those with visas who come here. But it simply is not done.
Washington DC swallows up everyone like the LaBrea tar pits. Trump has to remain above this.
Get with the program.
Trump is going to try (i.e. negotiate) to get everything done that he has proposed.
But he also has to get elected.
That's a tiny array of needles to thread.
Cut him some slack.
This is the issue that will get him elected.
Or defeated.
If he foolishly listens to the GOP and backs down, he will lose.

This is definitely the media trying to cause trouble for Trump because they know Hillary cannot win on this issue. No way Trump is backing down on illegal immigration.
He doesn’t have to deport them all. They will deport themselves if they can’t get jobs or live off the government.

I watched the unreal chanting and celebrating of the young so called journalists when they met Johnny Phony Kerry .
It’s was unreal and the entire crowd was farrrrr left and no normal people .
I knew the media was done then .
You do recognize the media would like to peel off support from Trump.. at least the weak links.
