I say it means conserving the Constitution as a basis for conserving God given freedom and sovereignty in this country.
It's not a label for politicians to wear that determines if they are a sexist or religiously pious enough.
Do they want to conserve freedom prosperity and protect our sovereign borders against looting and pillaging and the Constitution from being ignored?
That should be the litmus test for POTUS, not just having a 'Conservative' label.

It comes from a conversation between Howard Stern and Donald Trump regarding Nicolette Sheridan, a very attractive actress who had had breast enhancement surgery.
They were bemoaning the fact that she looked better before the surgery with the body god gave her.
Stern asked why in the world would she do such a thing when she was so much more attractive before and Donald said something to the effect that in the media/entertainment industry women want (need) to be a 10 and the perception in the industry is “A person who is flat-chested is very hard to be a ten.” So Trump made the point that she had the surgery to enhance her career because of pressure to conform to an industry "ideal"
This was a case where both Howard Stern and Donald trump were not being the least bit misogynistic, but were in fact commenting on Hollywood's obsession on physical perfection and the pressure it put on women in the industry to conform to those ideals .
