To be fair, she was busy feathering her nest through influence peddling and also from the time spent scheming for her run at the Presidency. She didn’t have time to sponsor a lot of legislation.

It doesn’t matter what Hillary’s bill did. The fact that she originated a bill that became low gives her bragging rights to win the support of low-information voters.
