Secretary of State John Kerry said in Vienna on Friday that air conditioners and refrigerators are as big of a threat to life as the threat of terrorism posed by groups like the Islamic State.
The Washington Examiner reported that Kerry was in Vienna to amend the 1987 Montreal Protocol that would phase out hydrofluorocarbons, or HFCs, from basic household and commercial appliances like air conditioners, refrigerators, and inhalers.
As we were working together on the challenge of [ISIS] and terrorism, Kerry said. Its hard for some people to grasp it, but what weyouare doing here right now is of equal importance because it has the ability to literally save life on the planet itself.

I heard that. I also heard that he fought there. The question in controversy was: Whose side did he fight on?
OThers have bullets lodged in them for years.
Kerry has a kernel of rice stuck in his @ss.
“And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;” Romans 1:28
This is what a botoxed vain reprobate leader of Babylon looks like in the flesh,
Given over to do those things which are not convenient
Meaning doing things that make no sense whatsoever,
This is what that scripture looks like in practice,
Uh oh. You are on to my subtle sarcasm!
Does this boob have any idea how utterly stupid he sounds?
I mean ALL the time.
The original refrigerant was ammonia gas, which is fatal if inhaled. CFCs didn’t kill you if you got a whiff of them.
Unfortunately some of the CFC replacements are flammable and toxic.
No thanks to the ammonia LOL. Even gasoline is a refrigerant as it can be changed to a vapor state and compressed. CFC’s could kill you in two situations which were rare. One is smothering you. The other is doing leak detection with a Halide torch it can put off phosgene {excuse the spelling} gas that can kill you. On the ship I accidentally dumped about 1200 pounds of R-11 in the bilges. I was trying to drain a chill Water Unit to tear it down and the dump valve on the Evaporator had rusted out right where it joined the evaporator. I made it to a forced draft blower for fresh air.
