Agreed we can’t have A/C at any gov.t building anymore,hand-fans(if only I had a photo) like those in church will work just fine.
To begin with all govt. a/c thermostats should be set at 85 degrees in the summer and 45 in the winter. Think of the energy that can be saved.....
