Someone should post a YouTube mash-up of Hillary screeching “I am sick and tired...” then play a series of her coughing fits and intersperse it with the “I am sick” portion of her angry screed. The juxtaposition would be a good way of driving home how ill she is and unfit for the stresses of the presidency.
