Home now...some smoke here, too, but not as bad. I’m about 6 miles further away from it.
I can just imagine how hot it was when you opened the car. Don’t touch the steering wheel.
Glad the smoke’s not as bad at home but I guess you still have to keep the windows closed, huh? That’s no fun.
Since there was no chance for rain today, I left all the car windows down. It was still toasty in the car but not nearly as bad as it would have been with the windows up. And the car was in the shade by the time we closed up and left for the day. Steering wheel was touchable. :-)
